In the heart of Rome, amidst alleys and squares that speak to centuries of history, our focacceria is born: a place where the aroma of the oven blends with the unique atmosphere of the Eternal City.

Our recipe begins with ancient techniques—long-leavened dough, select flours, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh ingredients—to offer a focaccia that's soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, just as Italian tradition dictates.

    Finally, a proper focaccia here in Amsterdam! As soon as you walk in, you'll smell the freshly baked bread and delicious olive oil. The ingredients are authentic, all Italian: sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil that truly tastes like olive oil. You can taste the difference. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is simple yet refined. It's become my favorite place for a top-notch lunch!
